Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature our small business we will only accept returns within 7 days of receiving your order. If you are not satisfied with an item that you have purchased, you may return the item within7 days for a full refund of the purchase price, minus shipping, handling or other charges. Products may be returned within 7 days of receipt of the items. All items must be in original condition and in their original packaging.  All SALE items and items purchased with a discount code are final.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

• Any item marked SALE is not eligible for return, exchange or store credit.

• Heckathorn Drive must authorize all returns, prior to receipt.

Need to Return?

• Request a return authorization by emailing us heckathorndrive@gmail.com

• Returns must be postmarked within 7 days of receipt of your return authorization email.

• We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as Heckathorn Drive is not responsible for returns lost or missing in transit.

• Heckathorn Drive reserves the right to reject any returns that do not comply with the conditions above. If your package is not accepted, it will be sent back to you and a refund will not be granted. Thank you for understanding.
